In 2014, Cultural Corner Art Guild & Gallery was born out of the idea to foster the already vibrant art scene in Chillicothe, Missouri, and the surrounding areas. A dedicated and hardworking team formed to put this idea into motion. Before long, the Board of Directors purchased a building at the corner of Locust and Ann Streets in the Historic Downtown Commercial District. After funds were raised through the purchase of tax credits through the NAP program and community foundations, the building underwent extensive renovations beginning in March 2016. The first classes were held in the new space beginning in June 2016, with a grand opening held in September 2016.
